Hi, my name is Arek Skuza. I am the CEO and founder of Volta Venture. We are not a software house.

We are the AI house.

I think that the software house model is obsolete, outdated, and inefficient in Artificial Intelligence is everywhere reality.

Traditional software houses try to sell their talent pool so that they can listen to customers only to some extent. Eventually, they need to squeeze their talent into the project or convince the customer to change their vision.

My philosophy is different. Headcount doesn’t matter. Customer matters and AI matters.

First and foremost, I want to solve my customers’ challenges and do it with an AI-first approach. This is why for each project, we hire AI first and then we build an AI + engineers team. We take AI tools and source the right people, not the other way around .

Once we have a deep understanding of your project, we proceed to assemble an AI tools + team. This step is about finding the perfect blend of AI and expertise to match your project’s scope. We will explain how extremely fast we can move because AI and people are the DNA of the project.

After selecting the team, we introduce engineers and AI to you. This step is not just about transparency; it’s about giving you the power to make informed decisions. Don’t worry.
